At Bikesspot.world, we take pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted cards and printing services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains our policies regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Custom Products
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales of personalized, custom-made items are final. This includes but is not limited to:
- Custom-designed cards and invitations
- Personalized certificates
- Custom wedding stationery
- Branded packaging and labels
- Items with custom text, names, dates, or designs
These items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold, therefore we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for custom orders unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Standard Products
For non-custom, standard products, you may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:
- Replace the item at no additional cost, or
- Provide a full refund, including shipping costs
Please include photos of the defect or damage when contacting us. We may request that you return the defective item for inspection.
Errors on Our Part
If we make an error in your order (wrong item, incorrect personalization, printing errors, etc.), we will correct the mistake at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any errors.
Return Process
To initiate a return for eligible items:
- Contact us at +1 (308) 440-3824 or through our contact form to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the RA number and original receipt in the package
- Ship the item to our address: 712 E 28th St, Kearney, NE 68847, United States
Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the RA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
